I decided to start Authority Coffee with the mission of offering the best content on the web related to the world of coffee.
Born in Italy, and having lived most of my life in the country, I immediately came into contact with this drink.
My experience working in a bar in Italy has allowed me to come into contact with various types of coffee-based drinks. Cappuccino, macchiato, latte, have been my companions for months and months.
Arriving in China in 2016, I was surprised to notice that coffee is becoming an important part of the daily life of the Chinese people.
But talking to several friends about the world of coffee, very often the knowledge stops at Americano and Latte.
My goal with this site is to provide a better understanding of the various types of coffee, preparation methods, and the best coffee machines and accessories to make the most of this invigorating drink.
